Contacting Technical Support

Support Plans
Technical support on all software products is provided through paid support plans. Most, if not all, answers to customer questions and problems can be found in the software's Help System, or the above resources. However, about two thirds of our new customers prefer a support plan for their first year of using the software, primarily as a convenient security blanket.

Keep in mind that, if you wish to contact us concerning a support issue, having a prepaid support plan will speed up the process. Otherwise, a credit card will be required before assistance can be given.

E-mail questions are normally handled very promptly Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. E-mail support is also occasionally available during extended weekday and weekend hours, although replies may take a little longer.

Phone tech support is available Mon-Fri 9-5 EST. If the lines are tied up, you will either be asked to leave a message or you may be automatically transferred to an agent on the road.
